Sun King Pool Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers SMS text message communications to customers who have opted in to receive service-related messages, including appointment reminders, service notifications, and customer support responses.

How to Opt-In

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Sun King Pool Services by:

  • Providing your phone number when requesting pool service through our website or by phone
  • Texting START to (813) 321-6424

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and account activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per week related to your service.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for text messaging apply based on your mobile plan. Sun King Pool Services does not charge for SMS messages.

How to Opt-Out

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may re-subscribe by texting START.
