Pool Service FAQ

How often do you service residential pools?

Our standard residential plan includes weekly visits, which keep your water chemistry stable, equipment running properly, and your pool consistently swim-ready. We also offer twice-weekly service for high-usage pools or heavy debris areas.

What’s included in weekly pool service?

Every visit includes:

  • Skimming the surface
  • Brushing walls, steps, and tile line
  • Vacuuming as needed
  • Water chemistry testing & balancing
  • Emptying pump & skimmer baskets
  • Checking equipment performance
  • Notifying you of issues or repairs needed

You also receive logs or updates of each visit.

Do I need to be home during service?

No — most clients are not home. We service your pool, secure your gate, and send updates if anything needs attention.

How long does it take to clear a green pool?

A Green-to-Clean conversion typically takes 1–3 days, depending on severity. We follow a specialized process of shock treatments, filtration, brushing, vacuuming, water testing, and circulation work to restore clarity safely.

Do you charge extra for chemicals?

Pool chemicals are included in most weekly plans. Specialized treatments (algaecides, metal removers, phosphate treatments) may have small additional fees depending on severity.

What if something breaks during service?

If we notice equipment issues (pump noise, low flow, leaking valves, etc.), we will notify you immediately and provide repair options before doing any work.

Commercial Pool FAQ

Do you handle commercial pools for HOAs, hotels, apartments & gyms?

Yes — we specialize in high-traffic commercial and community pool care with multi-visit weekly plans, chemical logbooks, inspection preparation, and rapid emergency response.

How many times per week do you visit commercial pools?

Visit frequency depends on code requirements, property use, and bather load, but most commercial pools require 2–4 visits per week, sometimes daily during peak season.

Do you provide health department compliance logs?

Yes — we maintain digital or written chemical logs, notify managers of compliance issues, and help prepare for health inspections.

Can you support multiple properties under a management company?

Absolutely. We offer portfolio management with unified reporting, consistent scheduling, and discounted multi-property pricing.

Do you offer commercial pressure washing?

Yes — we provide professional pressure washing for:

  • Commercial pool decks
  • HOA sidewalks & walk paths
  • Apartment breezeways
  • Hotel pool areas
  • Clubhouse exteriors
  • Community common spaces

Pressure Washing FAQ

What surfaces do you pressure wash?

We professionally clean:

  • Driveways
  • Patios & lanais
  • Pool decks
  • Walkways & sidewalks
  • Screen enclosures
  • Exterior walls, fences, retaining walls
  • Curbing & front entries
  • Commercial outdoor areas
Will pressure washing damage my paved or painted surfaces?

No — we use surface-appropriate pressure settings and pre-treatments to protect paint, texture, stone, and paver materials. Our technicians adjust pressure based on surface type.

Can pressure washing help prevent algae from getting into my pool?

Yes. Cleaning your pool deck, screen area and surrounding surfaces reduces algae spread into the water and helps maintain better chemistry.

Do I need to be home for pressure washing?

No — as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned. We will notify you when service is complete.

Do you offer bundled pool service + pressure washing packages?

Yes — ask about seasonal or annual bundles to keep your pool and outdoor surfaces looking their best.
